A. YUKIC - President and Principal Engineer -
Fred Yukic is a registered Civil Engineer with over 28 years of experience
providing consulting services to state, county, and local agencies, as well as
private and commercial property owners. Mr. Yukic has a Masters of Science in
Civil Engineering from UC Davis that emphasized the hydraulics of water
wells. Mr. Yukic has experience in
soil and water quality investigation and remediation; surface and ground water
hydrologic studies; water treatment and supply; wastewater treatment and
disposal; environmental property assessment and impact studies; solid waste
management; and hazardous waste site investigation and remediation. Mr. Yukic has lived in Northern California
for over 50 years, so is familiar with the environment and governmental
institutions.

Josh is geologist with over eight years of environmental consulting experience in Northern and Central California. Mr. East has a Bachelors of Science in Geology from CSU Fresno. Josh has experience in monitoring well installation and development, soil boring logging, and extensive soil, gas, and groundwater sampling. Remedial action experience includes: soil vapor extraction system installation and operation, pilot-testing, free product extraction, and soil excavations. Non-field duties have included proposal, work-plan, and report writing, regulatory agency interaction, creating groundwater contour maps, calculating gradients, determining groundwater flow directions, and Autocad drafting.
